European Customer Experience Organisation

In line with the strategy and willingness to network with partners and associates to leverage and complement Essentiel Outsourcing's skills and capabilities, our Director Marc Zaragoza has become a member of the European Customer Experience Organisation, an open access community of leaders and organisations committed to working and evolving together to improve the collective experience of customers and employees.

Our objective and obsession as a partner of our clients is quality, transparency and the experience of their customers, with whom we interact. To achieve this goal, we involve our teams in the company's objectives and we continually emphasise that customer satisfaction comes before everything else: even above many processes.

A dissatisfied customer, common in customer services, can become a neutral customer or even a satisfied customer after the interaction with customer service teams. Often, beyond the problem, beyond the incidence, it is a matter of empathy, assertiveness and smiling 🙂
