During the last month we have welcomed 3 clients in our offices, which has been a great joy and another step back to normality after the Covid period and is already a success in the sales projects in 2022. success in the sales projects in 2022

I suppose it is important for all of us to have these pills of normality: not so long ago we could have a more normal and recurrent contact in person and the truth is something that, at least for us, we miss. 

We have been able to talk and work very efficiently (stopping for coffee, lots of coffee, of course 🙂 ) to define the next steps in each of the services and transform the first sales projects of 2022 into success.The first sales projects for 2022 will be successful.

This is an important task. There are many variables to be clarified for a quick start but with guarantees of success, especially because once activated, the end customer cannot have any kind of incidence in his "journey": 

  • - diversion of numbers, ivr. 
  • - procedures. Establish, create and share information.
  • - training : passing on instructions to the project manager and the team
  • - test environment. Establish the test environment so that our customer can have peace of mind that everything works. 
  • - IT security. Review internally that communications with managers and their teams comply with the necessary security measures.
  • - CRM(s). Define which CRMs will be used.

We have also explored additional forms of collaboration, complementing the initial project. For example, from a customer service project, we developed a lead generation project to help with expansion.

One of the companies, already well established and a market leader in the Israeli energy sector(see report on the Israeli energy market ) is already preparing to enter the Spanish market and we have detailed the technical requirements.
