One of our customers in the air conditioning sector, based in the United States, is extending its confidence in us by adding a new customer service channel in its expansion in Europe.
Until now we have been providing customer support through the chat channel and from now on we are adding the call channel in 5 languages: English Spanish Dutch German and French.
It will be managed by our own multichannel platform with which calls will be transferred following a protocol established by the customer to different locations in Europe according to the type of customer enquiry.
