Sales services can be complicated because the market is saturated with products and marketing actions and also because the customer making the sales action does not always have the patience to wait long enough to get the results.

At Essentiel Outsourcing we do not carry out "aggressive" marketing projects. We specialise in creating sales teams that effectively open the door and then introduce the product.

We have started the year with 3 major appointment booking projects for French and Swiss companies looking to expand their business. They are from very different fields such as conversational marketing, the food sector and the medical sector, but both have in common that the target is not an easy target: we are targeting managers, people who normally do not spend a lot of time on a cold call that they know nothing about.

To this end, our teams are carefully selected following an efficient but comprehensive process in which we try to ensure that we select the best candidates with the right skills to get the best result.

And the results are in. Overcoming the challenges posed by a multilingual sales team: for these three clients, we attacked 4 countries, in 4 different languages and with their respective different cultures.
